These custom molded Controller + Battery Gaskets are a beautiful replacement for the stock gaskets. After months of research, Badgerwheel has taken state of the art to the next level with a gasket that actually works. Gone are the days of swollen gaskets that can’t be re-assembled, or pinched gaskets that don’t seal. This one is badger tested and approved. No grease or silicone is needed to keep it in place.

Good thing I had the TFL battery gasket on hand

I opened the battery box to install XT60 retaining clips because I'm paranoid, and when I tried to fit the original gasket back in, it didn't even fit! Wild. I'd have to use silicone to keep it in place. TFL gasket fit like a glove.

I immediately ordered another set because I can't open my other GT's battery box until I have another TFL gasket. Shipping to Canada isn't cheap but my safety is worth it. Thanks TFL.
